Der dritte, nicht ins Deutsche übersetzte Teil der Danvers-Serie reißt mich ebensowenig vom Hocker wie der direkte Vorgängerband. Prinzipiell sind die Hauptpersonen zwar (mit kleineren Abstrichen) sympathisch und es gibt auch wieder die humorvollen Dialoge, die ich an Elizabeth Boyles Büchern so schätze, doch das kann auch nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass die Handlung stellenweise ganz schön zäh und dementsprechend langweilig ist.
Wertung:
7/15 – Erneut ein nur durchschnittliches Buch der Autorin, dem einfach der Pepp fehlt, um richtig gut zu sein!
